PhD in History by University of Oviedo/Uviéu (Asturies), degree in Portuguese Language by University of Coimbra (Portugal). Teacher of Upper Secondary Level for Adults online. Author of publications in scientific reviews about History and Language in the PT/ES border.

Valença/Tui is an Eurocity of more than 30,000 inhabitants between Alto Minho region and Pontevedra province at Minho River Valley, area of very intense relationships between Portugal and Galicia.

Studying dynamics of borders in a historical, sociological and cultural contexts. Acquiring knowledges about other cross-border areas to improve those relationships and share experiences about them.
