About the foundation of our network

The network is a result of the project “transbordering laboratory 2021 – 2022” | see PROJECTS
It was founded during the NOWA AMERICA CONGRESS, which took place from 27-30 October 2022 at the Collegium Polonicum in Słubice.
Now a network meeting is to take place once a year at changing locations.
We want to implement the following project ideas:
The art installation in the yurt is to travel to the various European twin cities.
Those who have the means to do so will offer residencies for artists, activists and journalists who want to explore European twin cities.
A nomadic theatre circus is to go on journeys to the different European twin cities.
In the course of further online meetings we decided to develop this website.
